Here is the list of documents to bring for registration:

(1) Application form for Overseas Academic Program of Beijing Jiaotong University;

(2) Notarized diploma and transcripts in English or Chinese (originals should be shown at registration);

(3) Passport photocopy (scanned copy of facsimiled copy);

(4) 2 inch passport-size photos with light blue or white background (minimum size 640×480 pixels);

Applicants for Master or PhD programs should provide the following documents:

(5) Two recommendation letters by associate professors or above;

(6) Study plan.

Transfer verification form (Transfer student only)

Accept 1+3 or 2+2 transfer students are required annually on November 30 or 15 June to provide Transfer Application Form and transcripts.

Schedule

Spring semester: Apply before Nov. 30th, Open on the end of February.

Fall Semester: Apply before June 15th, Open on the end of August.
